Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To keep the studio running smoothly and to respect all of my clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client on the waitlist.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee, and no-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. These policies are in place to protect the time I’ve set aside exclusively for you and to ensure that every client has a fair chance at booking their desired appointment.

Please note that frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may also impact future booking availability. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this policy—it allows me to provide the best possible experience and consistency for every client who visits Arch & Lash by Sierra.
